The average e-commerce brand leaves 30–40% of its revenue on the table because its email programme is broken — batch-and-blast campaigns, no abandoned cart flow, and a disengaged list getting smaller every month. Perfozi builds the lifecycle email system that turns every subscriber touchpoint into compounding, automated revenue.

The average return per £1 spent on email marketing — higher than every other digital channel. Yet most brands treat email as an afterthought. A properly built lifecycle programme compounds in value every month — the flows keep running, the revenue keeps arriving.
Every automated flow your subscriber base should have running.
These aren't templates — they're fully custom-built flows, written, designed, and launched in your ESP, segmented to your audience, and A/B tested continuously to improve performance month over month.
Welcome Series — First Impressions That Convert
Your welcome series is the most-opened sequence you'll ever send. New subscribers are at peak interest the moment they join — and most brands waste it with a single generic "thanks for signing up" email. We build a 5–7 email welcome sequence that introduces your brand story, builds trust, delivers immediate value, and converts first-time subscribers into first-time buyers — all before they've even visited your site again.

Abandoned Cart — Recover 15–25% of Lost Revenue
On average, 70% of shopping carts are abandoned. That's not lost revenue — it's deferred revenue, and a well-built cart recovery sequence recovers 15–25% of it. We build a 3-email abandoned cart flow with dynamic product blocks, psychological urgency, objection-handling copy, and smart segmentation that adjusts the offer based on cart value and customer history.

Browse Abandonment — Catch Intent Before It Disappears
Browse abandonment targets visitors who viewed a product page but didn't add to cart — a softer intent signal than cart abandonment, requiring a different approach. We build a 2–3 email sequence that surfaces the viewed products naturally, anchors the brand, and nudges towards the next visit without feeling intrusive. High volume, high value when done well.

Post-Purchase — Turn One-Time Buyers Into Lifetime Customers
The period immediately after purchase is when trust is highest and purchase anxiety is sharpest. We build a post-purchase sequence that confirms the decision, delivers value through usage education, generates UGC through review requests, and cross-sells complementary products at the exact moment customers are most receptive. This is the flow that separates 1.2 average order frequency from 2.8.

Win-Back — Reactivate Dormant Subscribers Before You Lose Them Forever
Inactive subscribers destroy deliverability. But before you suppress them, a win-back sequence recovers 5–12% of lapsed customers who are genuinely winnable — people who liked you, got distracted, and just need the right reason to come back. We build tiered win-back flows based on recency, with escalating offers, emotional storytelling, and a clean list-hygiene exit for non-responders.

Email Marketing · Automation · Lifecycle
Your email list is an asset. Most brands treat it like a broadcast channel.
Every unread email, every unsegmented blast, every missing flow is money that compounds in your competitors' favour instead of yours. The brands winning at email aren't sending more — they're sending smarter, to the right person, at the right moment, with the right message.
No buzzwords. No over-promising. Just honest answers about how it all works.
Which email platforms do you work with?
We work with Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Omnisend, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. For e-commerce brands, we strongly recommend Klaviyo — it has the best native integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento, and the most sophisticated flow-building logic. For B2B and SaaS, HubSpot is our preferred platform. If you're on a platform not listed, speak to us — we're experienced with most major ESPs.
What is email deliverability and why does it matter?
Deliverability refers to whether your emails actually reach the inbox rather than landing in spam or promotions. It's determined by your sender reputation, authentication setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), list hygiene, engagement rates, and sending patterns. A brand with poor deliverability can be sending 50,000 emails and have only 20,000 reaching inboxes — meaning 30,000 subscribers never see a single email, regardless of how good the content is. We audit and fix this before building anything else.
How much revenue should email generate for an e-commerce brand?
Industry best practice for a well-run e-commerce email programme is 25–45% of total revenue attributed to email. Most brands we inherit are at 6–12%. The gap between those numbers is almost always explained by the same things: no lifecycle flows beyond a basic welcome email, no segmentation (everyone gets the same blasts), poor deliverability, and copywriting that doesn't convert. All of these are fixable.
Do you manage campaigns as well as flows?
Yes — both. Automated flows are the revenue foundation (they generate income 24/7 with no effort after setup), but campaigns — launches, seasonal promotions, product announcements, and newsletters — drive spikes and keep your list engaged between purchasing cycles. We manage both as part of a unified monthly content calendar, ensuring campaigns and flows never talk over each other or burn your list.
How long before email generates measurable revenue?
Abandoned cart flows generate revenue from day one of going live — literally the moment the first cart is abandoned after the flow activates. Welcome series conversions typically begin in week one. Meaningful programme-level revenue attribution (the full lifecycle working together) is usually clearly visible by month two. This is the fastest-impact digital marketing channel we work in — flows start earning within 24–48 hours of going live.
Can you work with our existing list even if it's old or unengaged?
Yes — but we'll be honest about what we can recover. A fully cold list that hasn't been emailed in 2+ years will have significant deliverability issues and will need a careful warm-up and re-engagement campaign before we can use it properly. We'll audit your list health in week one and give you a clear picture of what we're working with — including which segments are recoverable and which need to be suppressed to protect your sender reputation.
